I spend 2 nights in Ho Chi Minh City lovely. Met expectations, value for money. The staff where extremely helpful and dedicated as well, would have stayed for longer. The service was good with a simple check-in. The hotel was in a central location to a taxi to the airport 3 times

They offer neat, huge rooms with a big double bed and great views, for example. The location is particularly good, eateries and bars were so close to the hotel.

It is a reasonably priced and nicely decorated property located in Dong Khoi district next to the main sights in district 1 with a lot of coffee shop, restaurant, riverside, and the Asian Ruby Hotel:. Loved our 3 days in this venue, no complaints.

The hotel has favourable location right by a large shopping center with a food court. It also was outside of the downtown area.

Favourable and absolutely perfect location to a taxi to the airport, clean pool. Nearby La Cuisine - great place to chill out. Reasonably sized & brand-new room with climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV. Incredible view from the window over river.

The breakfast was large and healthy with toast, lively views and also vietnamese food, and the restaurant was good. The room was great value for money and well-kept with the biggest bed, we stayed here for 3 nights. The location was favourable, just a pleasant stroll away from a presidential palace.

This place is wonderful! It has an amazing location, just a few short blocks off of Dong Khoi Street. The staff are generally helpful and they go above and beyond normal service. The room amenities are great, with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The leisure spa & wellness centre is incredible, with a rooftop pool, sauna, and massage. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with something for everyone.

Do n't ever expect anyone in this hotel to greet you when entering the hotel or passing the reception desk. But, I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a luxurious and comfortable stay in a wonderful area.

Staff was very nice, even when I got testy. Also, no problem when I cancelled my third night.

The communal area in a hotel isn't wide, but the room is clean and very comfortable. The internet access is also comfortable. It also has a good location and I recommend you.

Great customer service, they immediately addressed the issue with the room. I had a wonderful experience at Prostyle Hotel Ho Chi Minh. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service when I had an issue with my room. They promptly resolved it and ensured my comfort throughout my stay. The hotel's attention to guest satisfaction is commendable. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the most part, staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and in a good location. The rates are reasonable.

During our second visit, the hotel charge a 3% fee for credit card transactions that was not mentioned at the time of booking, or upon check in. We also had a problem with ants in the room. The hotel attempted to deal with them quickly, but the problem reoccurred on a few occasions.
